Privacy Policy
Effective September 25, 2026
Plain version first: we collect your name and email so we can send you what you asked for and the occasional note from Terri. If you buy something, our payment processor handles your card. We do not sell your information. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data at any time.
1. What we collect
Information you give us. When you request the free checklist, buy Profit or Pass, book a call, or email us, we collect what you type in: usually your name, email address, and, if the form asks for it and you choose to give it, your phone number. If you buy something, our payment processor collects your billing details and card information. We receive confirmation of the purchase and the last four digits of the card, never the full number.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers collect standard technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, the site that referred you, and which of our emails you open or click. Some of this is collected with cookies and pixels, described below.
2. How we use it
- To send you the checklist, the Profit or Pass files, and your call booking link.
- To send Terri's follow-up emails about mobile home investing and our products.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To process payments and keep records we are required to keep.
- To understand how people use the site and to improve it.
- To measure our advertising and show our ads to people who visited the site.
- To protect the site, prevent fraud, and comply with the law.
3. Email and text messages
Email. When you give us your email address, you agree to receive the item you requested plus marketing and educational emails from Terri. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; we may still send a transactional email, such as a receipt or a delivery link, when you buy something.
Text messages. If a form asks for your mobile number and you provide it, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your request, such as a delivery link, a call reminder, or an occasional message from Terri. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.
4. Cookies and ad pixels
We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your form entries, and understand traffic. We may also use advertising pixels from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google so we can measure whether our ads led to a sign-up or purchase and show our ads to people who visited this site. These companies may set their own cookies and combine what they collect with information they already hold about you under their own privacy policies.
You can control cookies in your browser settings, opt out of interest-based ads through your Meta and Google ad settings, and use the cookie-consent option on our forms where offered. Turning cookies off may affect how parts of the site work.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent our email list. We share information only with companies that help us run the business, and only for that purpose:
- Our website, form, email, and text-message platform, which hosts this site and stores our contact list.
- Our payment processor, for checkout.
- Our scheduling tool, for booking calls.
- File hosting and video hosting, for delivering the checklist and Profit or Pass.
- Advertising and analytics providers, as described above.
- Professional advisors, such as an accountant or attorney, when needed.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or if the business is sold or merged, in which case this policy would still apply to your information.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your contact information while you are on our list and for a reasonable period afterward in case you come back. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from our marketing systems and keep only what the law requires us to keep.
7. Security
We use reputable service providers, secure connections, and limited access to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps and will notify you as the law requires if something goes wrong.
8. Your choices and rights
You can, at any time:
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link at the bottom of any email.
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP.
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Ask us to stop using it for marketing.
To make a request, email [email protected] from the address on file. We will respond within 30 days. Residents of states with privacy laws that grant additional rights, such as Texas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or Utah, may exercise those rights the same way. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
9. Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
10. Other websites
Our site and emails may link to other websites, including our payment page and scheduling page. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our tools or the law change. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site or by email.
